Shipping Policy

At Prime Lab Style, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We work directly with reliable suppliers to ship products straight to your door.

Processing Time: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will undergo a processing period (picking, packing, and quality check). This typically takes 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email (support@primelabstyle.com) as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Time: Our estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 days. Depending on your location and local postal service efficiency, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your notification.

Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. Prime Lab Style is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, the buyer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
